Al Arabia Cement is located in Rusayl Industrial Area, Muscat, Sultanate of Oman. The Plant has started its production from May-2019. The Plant is the First of its kind in Oman and UAE using Ball Mill combination for Cement Grinding.

The Normal Machineries and critical Machineries like Packing Machine, Truck loading Machine, Control Systems are sourced from Europe. The Plant also has facility for Grinding slag to meet the specific requirement for Ready Mix Concrete Suppliers. We maintain a steady built up reputation for reliability, service and quality to its many clients. The company only appoints highly qualified and experienced personnel to ensure that the customer receives best attention at all times.

OUR PRODUCTS

A.A.C is licensed to manufacture Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC) Confirming to European Standard No. BSEN 197-1:2011 CEM:1 42.5N & Oman Standard OS:7:2001. Also the Plant can ground Blast Furnace Granulated Slag to fineness of4200 to 4300 Blaines.

Apart from the above, A.A.C have the facility to grind any other Cement meeting the specific requirement of end user.

Quality Assurance

We are comitted to provide customers with services that satisfy the highest standards of quality and services. A.A.C is equipped with latest Laboratory Equipment imported from Europe. A.A.C is committed to maintain the quality of Cement. Apart from conventional Laboratory Equipment, A.A.C has X-Ray Analyser and Particle size Distribution Analyser to ensure strict adherence of Cement quality that are being manufactured in A.A.C.

Environment Care

AAC are committed to make the plant Eco Friendly. The total plant machineries are covered ensuring Zero Dust Emission to the Environment starting from Raw Materials Storage to Cement dispatch.

Our Objective

✔ Maintain accurate weight of the Cement Bags
✔ Shortest loading time into the Trucks
✔ Minimum waiting time of the trucks after entering into the plant.

Plant & Machinery

The plant utilizes State of the Art Technology, using conventional Ball Mill for finish grinding, thereby making the plant energy efficient. In order to ensure the quality, raw materials are fed by means of High accurate Electronic Weigh Feeders. Also to ensure the consistency in the quality of cement Ball Mill are functioning on Closed Circuit Mode with High Efficiency Separators.

Packing & Despatch

The complete packing plant comprising of Bag Applicator, Packing Machine and Truck Loading Machine are totally Imported from Europe.
The total Packing is about 1000 Tons per hour. We could achieve this by Automatic Empty Bag Loading to Packing Machine and Pneumatic operated Truck Loading Machine that are used in the Plant.
