Al Arabia Cement is located in the Rusayl Industrial Area, Sultanate of Oman. The plant began production in May 2019 and is the first of its kind in Oman and the UAE, using Ball Mill Combination Cement Grinding. The machinery and critical equipment, such as the packing machine, truck loading machine, and control systems, are sourced from Europe. The plant also includes a facility for grinding slag to meet the specific requirements of ready-mix concrete suppliers. Our Products and Services

  • Ordinary Portland Cement (OPC): Licensed to manufacture cement confirming to European Standard BSEN 197-1:2001 CEM:1 42.5N and Oman Standard OS: 7:2001.
  • Custom Grinding: Capability to grind blast furnace granulated slag to fineness of 4200 to 4300 blaines and any other cement meeting specific end-user requirements.
  • State-of-the-Art Technology: Utilizes a conventional Ball Mill for finish grinding in closed-circuit mode with high-efficiency separators for consistent quality.
  • Accurate Raw Material Management: High-accuracy electronic weigh feeders ensure precise raw material feeding for quality assurance.
  • Packing and Dispatch: A fully automated packing plant, with a capacity of 1000 tons per hour, uses imported machinery like bag applicators, packing machines, and pneumatic truck loading systems for efficient dispatch operations.
  • Quality Assurance: Equipped with advanced laboratory equipment, including X-Ray Analyzers and Particle Size Distribution Analyzers, imported from Europe to ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
